Mississippi Mud - We call it "homemade sin" around here, but really it's almost sinful not to send this flavor! Our vanilla filling is sandwiched between a chocolate peanut crust and a topping made of Snickers® Bar pieces and hot fudge. Chocolate Supreme - Some people say the only thing that could make our cheesecake better is for it to be chocolate, so here it is. We blend melted Guittard® chocolate into our vanilla filling and put it on a chocolate pecan crust.

Here's a Special Idea to Make Your Cheesecake Even Better

Warm Chocolate Sauce Float

1 c. sugar
2 T. cocoa
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 T. real butter
1/2 t. vanilla extract
Mix sugar and cocoa in heavy boiler. Add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Float the cheesecake in the warm sauce just as you are serving.
